摘 要:目的 :检测乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )患者血清HBVDNA与HBeAg、HBeAb含量的变化 ,以探讨两者的相关性。方法 :对 2 0 7例乙肝患者采用微粒子免疫荧光法 (MEIA)检测血清HBV标志物 (HBV M ) ,定量PCR法检测血清HBVDNA。结果 :HBeAg阳性组的HBVDNA为 10 6 .53± 1 .0 7copies·ml- 1 ;e系统双阳组的e抗原均为低水平 ,HBVDNA含量为 10 4 .89± 1 .0 3copies·ml- 1 ,与前组比较有显著性差异 ;82例HBeAg阴性患者有 5 3 .7%HBVDNA为阳性 ,与前两组比较均有显著性差异。结论 :HBeAg含量与HBVDNA含量成正比 ;e系统双阳组e抗原与HBVDNA含量均明显降低 ,提示抗原抗体正处于转换期 ;有部分HBeAg阴性患者的HBVDNA呈低水平复制 ,具有一定传染性 ;Objective To study relationship of serum HBV DNA and HBeAg、HBeAb with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Serum HBV?M was detected by particle fluoroimmunoassay,while serum HBV DNA by quantity PCR assay.Result HBV DNA content in HBeAg positive group was 10 6.53±1.07copies·ml -1.E antigen content of e-system dual-positive group was lower than other groups with statistatical difference.It turned out to have negative HBV DNA in 44 cases (53.7%) out of 82 patients with statistatically significant difference as compared with others. Conclusions HBeAg content is positively proportional to HBV DNA.Decreasing of E antigen and HBV DNA content indicates that antigen-antibody is in the transformation period. HBV DNA in some of the HBeAg-negative patients replicating in a low level shows it has infectivity to some extent.High HBV DNA content in HBeAg-negative and e-system dual-positive patients is likely correlated with virus variation.
