股骨粗隆间解剖钢板的设计与临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :探索粗隆间解剖钢板治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的疗效分析。方法 :采用自行设计的股骨粗隆间解剖钢板 ,治疗股骨粗隆间Ⅲ～Ⅳ型粉碎性骨折 32例。结果 :2 9例获术后 6～ 36个月随访 ,骨折对位良好 ,内固定确实 ,骨折愈合牢固 ,关节伸屈功能满意 ,未见髋内、外翻及肢体明显短缩畸形。结论 :以股骨大粗隆为模板所设计的半环式解剖钢板 ,具有较好生物力学分布特性 ,克服了既往钢板偏心固定不足的缺点 ,它对严重分离的碎骨片起到良好整合、固定效果 ,从而丰富了此类骨折的内固定材料 ,值得进一步探讨。Objective:[To investigate therapeutic effect of anatomical bone plate in interochanteric fracture.Methods:[32 cases of Ⅲ～Ⅳ types comminuted intertrochanteric fracture were treated with anatomical plate.Results:[29 cases were followed up for 6 to 36 months after operation.Contraposition of fracture were good,internal fixation of anatomical bone plate were stable and motion of knee joint were satisfactory.There were no evagination or introversive hip joint and abnormality of limbs length.Conclusion:[According to template of femoral greater trochanter,semi circular anatomical bone plate are designed and made.The design shows well distribution of forces and overcome disadvantage of eccentricity of fixation.The comminuted fractures are well integrated with the stable fixation of the plate.It may be valuable for further popularized and used in clinic. [
