摘　　要：目的　研究慢性功能性便秘对老年人健康的影响及防治措施。方法　对 332例老年慢性功能性便秘患者的临床资料进行总结。结果　发现诱发和加重老年人慢性功能性便秘的临床因素包括性别、原发病及伴发病等。本组病例某些特定原发病存在明显的性别差异 ,主要伴发病的发生率为冠心病 6 0 .5 4 %、糖尿病 2 8.6 1%、脑血管疾病 16 .87%、帕金森病6 .93% ,而且原发病或伴发病并发 3种以上 (包括 3种 )分别为 6 5 .6 6 %和 5 9.34%。结论　慢性功能性便秘严重影响了老年人的健康 ,深入探讨其特点及规律 ,采取积极的应对措施将极大地改善老年人的生活质量。Objective To study the influence of chronic functional constipation on the health of the elderly and its prevention and treatment. Methods Clinical profiles of 332 elderly patients with chronic functional constipation were summarized. Results The factors inducing and aggravating the chronic functional constipation in the elderly included sex,primary diseases,and concomitant diseases.There was significant difference between the two sexes in some primary disases.The incidences of main concomitant diseases were 60.54% for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,28.61% for diabetes mellitus,16.87% for cerebral vascular disease,and 6.93% for Parkinson's disease.Furthermore,65.66% of patients had 3 or more primary diseases,and 59.34% had 3 or more concomitant diseases. Conclusion Chronic functional constipation affects the health of the elderly seriously.It is helpful to improve the life quality of the elderly when the chronic functional constipation is under regular control.
