摘　　要：目的 :探讨腰椎间盘突出症合并椎管狭窄症常规手术的意义。方法 :采用单开双开窗髓核摘除 ,结合椎管潜行扩大。结果与结论 :86例手术病人经随访疗效满意 。Objective:To explore the significance of the routine surgery on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion combined with spinal canal stenosis.Method:Adopting open or double open to excise nucleus pulous,together with expanding vertebral pipe with a spile.Result and conclusion:Eighty-six patients treated by such a surgery were followed up,we think the routine surgery is still the best choice for patients suffering from lumbar intervertbral disc protrusion combined with spinal canal stenosis.
