痛风汤剂益肾养肝合剂治疗痛风性肾病33例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨痛风汤剂与益肾养肝合剂同用治疗痛风性肾病的临床疗效。方法 :将痛风性肾病患者 5 8例分为两组 ,治疗组 33例予痛风汤剂加益肾养肝合剂治疗 ,对照组 2 5例只予痛风汤剂治疗。观察两组治疗前后血尿酸 ,肾功能 ,血、尿 β2 微球蛋白指标的变化。结果 :治疗组在改善临床症状、肾功能 ,降低血尿酸、尿 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 MG)方面均优于对照组。结论 :对痛风性肾病患者的治疗 ,痛风汤剂与益肾养肝合剂同用扶正祛邪的治疗方法较好 ,能够改善肾小管功能。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Tongfeng decoction combined with Yeshenyanggan mixture in treatment of patients with gouty nephropathy.Method: 58 patients with goutynephropathy were randomized into two groups. 33 patients in the treated group were treated with Tongfeng decoction and Yeshenyanggan mixture, and 25 patients in the controlled group were treated with Tongfeng decoction only. Blood uric acid(BUA),renal function, B-β 2-MG,U-β 2-MG of patiens in two groups were measured before and after treatment.Result: Improvements of symptoms, renal function as well as decreasing of BUA,U-β 2-MG in the treated group was superior to those in the controlled group.Conclusion: Tongfeng and Yeshenyanggan have a action of Fuzheng Quxie in the patients with gouty nephropathy and improving the function of nephritic tubule.
