摘　　要：声表面波滤波器测试参数较多,仪器设置也较复杂,通常人工测量效率比较低,为了提高测试效率,我们利用E5070B'sVBA在AgilentE5070B网络分析仪上建立了一套自动测试系统,并已应用于实际工作,收到了较好的效果。文章介绍了软件的应用,并提出了改进的方法。Normally the efficiency of manual measurement for SAW device is low because of the huge parameters being tested and the complex test measurements. In order to improve the testing efficiency, an automatic testing system is completed on Agilent E5070B network analyzer using E5070B VBA. The testing software has been applied to practical measurement with good effect. The application of the software is introduced and improvements to the system are proposed in this paper.
