摘  要:研究提高某铜镍矿矿石选别指标的方法并应用于工业实践。通过工艺流程改进及应用新药剂组合 ,获得了较好的铜镍矿石的选别指标。镍精矿镍品位和回收率分别由 6 3 3 9%和 85 19%提高到 7 789%和 86 0 0 %。铜精矿铜品位和回收率分别由 2 3 0 4%和 5 9 2 8%提高到 2 4 2 3 %和 82 5 0 %。镍精矿镍铜比由原来的 9 2 0提高到 2 5 8。The manner to increase floatation indexes of Cu-Ni ore from a copper-nickel mine is researched and applied in production. The advanced floatation indexes for recovery and separation of nickel and copper is achieved by improvement of floatation technology and adoption of the novel agent concentration. The nickel grade and recovery in nickel concentrate is increased from 6.339% and 85.19% to 7.789% and 86.00% respectively. And the copper grade and recovery in copper concentrate is raised from 23.04% and 59.28% to 24.23% and 82.50% respectively.The ratio of nickel to copper in nickel concentrate is up to 25.8 on the base of original 9.20.
