摘　　要：设计了一种分层式可扩展的网守系统的管理模型。该系统采用的分层式和认证计费策略在网络大规模数据流量情况下,降低了用户之间的请求通信数据量,保证了用户身份的安全性。该结构适用于在局域网和广域网上提供IP电话服务,模式中所提出的技术,已经在系统中得到实现并证明了其可行性。A model of the hierarchical and scalable gatekeeper system is designed. The hierarchical management model, authorization mechanism and flexible configuration control are adopted to distribute data flow, to protect the account security of users . This management model is applicable in both LAN and WAN environment, and some key technologies are realized in the project.
