摘　　要：急性肿瘤溶解综合征 (ATLS)是肿瘤治疗中易并发的急症 ,严重影响病人的生存。护理人员应积极预防 ,包括正确评估危险因素 ,加强监测 ,及时处理 ,降低病死率。acute tumor lysis syndrome (ATLS) is an emergency easily complicated during the therapy of cancer patients, which has a serious effect on subsistence of patients. So nursing staff should take active preventive measures to reduce the mortality, including assessing the risk factors exactly, monitoring and handling in time.
