摘 要:以异丁烯为原料的两段直接氧化生产甲基丙烯酸新工艺有许多优点。其技术关键在于研制出高效的甲基丙烯醛选择性氧化催化剂。本文报道P-Mo-As-Cu杂多化合物催化剂的组成、制备条件对催化剂活性的影响。经优化后获得高选择性、高活性的二段氧化催化剂,其甲基丙烯酸收率达60%以上。Methacrylie acid (MAA) is an important material for organic chemical Industry. It has a wide application. The new technology for producing MAA from isobutylene (iC_4=) or tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA) has many advantages. It can be carried out in two steps, selective oxidation of iC_4= and selective oxidation of methacrolein (MAL). The key factor of the novel technology is the catalyst for 2nd reaction. The P-Mo-As-Cu heteropoly compound, as high performance catalyst for selective oxidation of MAL, has been prepared. The effect of chemical compostion and preparation parametrs on catalytic properties have been studied The yield of MAA per pass at optimum condition is above 60% for iC_4= in series reactors.
