摘 要:[目的 ]了解食管癌病人手术前后的生存质量状况 ,为护理干预提供依据。 [方法 ]应用《癌症疼痛及生存质量调查表》对 65例食管癌病人分别于术前、术后 1周、术后 3个月进行测评。 [结果 ]食管癌病人手术后生存质量明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,术后 3个月恢复到接近手术前水平。 [结论 ]针对病人不同病期给予心理支持、健康教育、舒适护理及康复指导等干预措施 ,可提高病人生存质量。Objective: to find out the living quality of esophageal cancer patients before and after operation to provide a basis for nursing intervention. Method: a total of 65 cases were investigated and assessed by filling out questionnaires named “cancerous pain and living quality survey form' before their surgery, one week, and three months after operation respectively. Results: the living quality of postoperative esophageal cancer patients decreased obviously (P<0.01). It was almost reverted to the preoperative level three months after operation. Conclusion: based on different stages of illness, to provide proper intervention measures such as psychological support, health education, comfort nursing and rehabilitation instructions could promote the living quality of patients.
