摘　　要：介绍了在铁路建设工程的项目管理中 ,基于异地协同工作环境下 ,面向业主的形象进度控制系统的结构与功能模块的设计、实现方法 。The paper introduces the designing of the architecture of the owner oriented Visual Time Controlling System applied in the project management of railroading and its function module,which is based on the multi-site collaboration environment.Meanwhile,some critical technology used in this system are briefly discussed.
