摘　　要：简要分析了当今WebGIS的各种实现技术 ,提出基于Java的WebGIS的体系结构 ,分别从运行在浏览器端的Java程序Applet,运行在Web服务器端的Java程序Servlet和通过JDBC访问数据库三个方面对基于Java的WebGIS实现技术进行深入的探讨。最后 ,简要分析了基于Java的WebGIS的特点和问题。The author introduces the common developing techniques of WebGIS and analyses the system and structure of Java-based WebGIS.Devoloping techniques of Java-based WebGIS is discussed including Java Applet executed on the client- end,Java servlet executed on the Web server,and access to database by JDBC.Finally,the characters and problems of Java-based WebGIS are analyzed briefly.
