摘　　要：当今 ,智能网技术在全球范围内的应用正在迅速发展 ,原因在于其能为用户方便地提供丰富的增值业务。快速增加和不断拓展新的业务 ,是智能网体系一个很重要的目标。就此提出了一种基于智能网体系的交互式语音应答系统业务生成环境的实现方法及其具体实现结构。The application of intelligent network technology is now rapidly growing all around the world since it can easily provide users with abundant value- added services.Being able to enhance new services quickly is one of the very important objects of the intelligent network system.This paper thus gives the detailed method and structure of the service creation environment of interactive voice response system based on the intelligent network system.
