摘　　要：介绍了电容型设备介质损耗因数在线监测的原理及监测系统的组成,分析了测量结果的误差来源以及提高测量精度的方法,提高了在线测量结果的准确性。The article describes the principle of on-line monitoring the dielectric loss of high voltage capacitive apparatus and the constitute of on-line monitoring system.At the same time,it introduces the mathematical analysis method,harmonic analysis method,which is based on the software,using the DSP to achieve FIR digital filter.At last,it analyzes the error sources and the methods to improve the measure precision,present- ing a new algorithm,poly-cosin window interpolationt,which obviously improves the accuracy of the FFT,to amend FFT.
