摘 要:目的 了解湖北省近年的流感流行状况和人群的流感抗体水平 ,及时发现新的流感病毒变异株。方法 通过流行病学、病原学和血清学监测 ,对湖北省近年的流感流行情况进行分析。结果 2 0 0 2年武汉大学中南医院和武汉市儿童医院流感样病例占门诊病例百分比最高的均为 1月 ,分别为 4 3.5 %和 2 4 .1%。2 0 0 2年从 981份咽拭样本中共分离流感病毒 5 7株 ,总阳性率为 5 .8% ,病毒分离阳性率较高的为 1月和 12月 ,阳性率分别为 2 1.4 %和 17.7%。 2 0 0 3年从 881份咽拭样本中共分离流感病毒 5 6株 ,总阳性率为 6 .3% ,病毒分离阳性率较高的为 7月和 6月 ,阳性率分别为 2 9.6 %和 15 .2 %。结论 湖北省每年冬季都有一个流感流行高峰 ,夏季流行时间无规律性 ,必须引起高度重视。人群对地方流感毒株和国内代表毒株的抗体水平有着较大差异。Objective To investigate the influenza epidemic in Hubei province and detect new variation timely.Methods Epidemiology, etiology and serology surveillance were applied to analyze the influenza epidemic.Results In the year 2002, the highest percentage for Influenza Like Illness(ILIs)/outpatients both appeared in January in our two surveillance sites, 43.5% and 24.1% respectively. And also in 2002, totally 57 isolates was detected from 981 throat swabs specimens, the positive rate was 5.8%; The highest positive rate appeared in January and December, 21.4% and 17.1% respectively.56 isolates were isolated from 881 specimens in the year 2003, the positive rate was 6.3%; The highest positive rate occurred in July and June, 29.6% and 15.2% respectively.Conclusion There was one influenza epidemic peak in winter in Hubei province every year, and no regular epidemic pattern was found in summer; The antibody level between local strain and national representative strain was quite different.
