AU5400生化分析仪性能评价及在“速检”中的应用

摘　　要：目的了解OLYMPUSAU5400模块式全自动生化分析仪的主要性能 ,对该仪器进行评价 ,探讨仪器在“速检”中的应用。使用正常人、病人血清 ,DADE质控和Roche校正血清 ,对ALT、AST、ALB、CLU作精密度、准确度、相关性、线性、样本携带污染率的评价测定。各项目在仪器四个分析系统中检测的批内CV为0.92 %～2.40 % ,日间CV为1.40 %～2.86 % ,结果无显著差异(p>0.05)。与Roche校正血清的相对误差为 -1.32 %～1.10 %。与日立7170A全自动生化分析仪测定结果高度相关(r>0.98)。仪器测定的线性良好。样本携带污染率在0.01 %～0.11 %。OLYMPUSAU5400模块式全自动生化分析仪是一台设计合理且性能优良的仪器 ,适合大批量和“速检”生化样本的检测。Objective To evaluate the main performance and the us in”rapid assay”of OLYMPUS AU5400automatic chemical analyzer.Methods Use healthy serum,serum of patients,quality-control of DATE and the calibration serum of Roche to evaluate five parameters like precision,accuracy,relativity,inearity and residual contamination of the following tests(ALT,AST,ALB,GLU).Results The intra-assay CVs and inter-Day assay CVs between the four units all are lower than3percents(intra-assy:0.92%～2.40%,inter-Day assay:1.40%～2.86%).The assay results had no signifi-cant differences(P>0.05).The relative error compared with the calibration serum of Roche is within2percents(-1.32%～1.10%).The accuracy is good and the results are coincident compared with Hitachi7170A automatic chemical analyzer(r>0.98).The linearity is good in detection.The residual contamination rate is very low(0.01%～0.11%).Conclusion OLYMPUS AU5400is a good automatic chemical analyzer and performed well with its design characteristics,suit for large quantities of samples and”rapid assay”.
