养血清脑颗粒治疗外伤性头痛的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察养血清脑颗粒治疗外伤后不同程度头痛的疗效 ,2 2 2例患者随机分为治疗组 (112例 ,养血清脑颗粒治疗 )和对照组 (110例 ,安慰剂治疗 ) ,观察治疗 14天和 2 8天后的疗效。结果 :治疗 14天后 ,治疗组的疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,不同头痛程度疗效上差异显著 (P <0 0 1) ,轻度头痛疗效好于中度和重度 ;治疗 2 8天后 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,但不同头痛程度上的疗效差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。治疗组总有效率为 90 2 % ,对照组为 73 6 % (P <0 0 1)。To observe the clinical effects of “Yangxue Qingnao Granule” in the treatment of post-traumatic headache, 222 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 112 cases were treated by the Granule and control group in which 110 cases were treated by placebo. The clinical effects were observed respectively on the 14th and 28th days. Results: After 14-day treatment, the clinical effects were better in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01), with better effects for the mild headache; after 28-day treatment, the clinical effects were better in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01); the total effective rate was 90.2% in treatment group and 73.6% in control group, P<0.01.
