健脾养阴泄毒法对髓细胞白血病患者CFU-L的影响

摘　　要：为探讨健脾养阴泄毒法治疗髓细胞白血病的机理。采用血清药理学方法观察健脾养阴泄毒法对髓细胞白血病患者CFU -L及正常人骨髓CFU -GM集落的影响。结果 :健脾养阴泄毒法能明显抑制白血病患者CFU -L ,而对正常人骨髓CFU -GM无明显抑制作用。提示健脾养阴泄毒法治疗髓系白血病的机理 ,可能与其抑制白血病细胞增殖有关。To explore the mechanism of “Jianpi Yangyin Xiedu Therapy” in treating myeloid leukemia, its influence on CFU-L in myeloid leukemia and 10 normal controls were observed by serum pharmacology. Result showed that this therapy could inhibit CFU-L obviously, but could not inhibit CFU-GM of bone marrow of normal controls. It is indicated that this therapy can treat myeloid leukemia possibly by inhibiting the proliferation of leukemic cells.
