王氏保赤丸对实验性“脾虚证”小鼠治疗作用的研究

摘　　要：研究王氏保赤丸对脾虚模型小鼠的影响。用利血平和大黄分别造成小鼠脾虚模型 ,观察王氏保赤丸对小鼠体重、脾脏系数、死亡率等的影响。结果 :该丸能明显增加脾虚小鼠的体重、脾脏系数 ,增强脾虚小鼠对低温的耐受性 ,提高低温条件下脾虚小鼠的存活率。提示该丸有健脾作用。The effects of “Wangshi Baochi Pill” on experimental spleen asthenia in mice were studied. The mice were modeled to be of spleen asthenia respectively by reserpine and rhubarb, and the mice weight, spleen coefficient and death rate were observed. Results: The Pill could obviously increase the weight, spleen coefficient, tolerance to low temperature and survival rate in low temperature. It is revealed that this Pill acts excellently in nourishing the spleen.
