摘　　要：本文以PC机与单片机串口通信实现数据采集为背景,介绍了在VC++.NET环境下串口通信的实现以及上位PC机与下位单片机串行通信协议以及数据块的发送与接受过程,同时给出了部分程序代码。The article is based on data acquisition with the serial communication between single chip and PC. In this article the realization of serial communica tion in Visual C++.NET is introduced. The protocols of serial communication betw een personal computer and single chip of a data acquisition system are present ,and the processes of send and receive of data frame are also introduced. At th e same time some codes are given.
