摘  要:目的:观察通脉散结合外治法治疗血栓性静脉炎的疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为2组。治疗组34例口服通脉散(由金银花、土茯苓、生黄芪、赤芍、水蛭、川芎、泽泻、猪苓、茯苓、车前子、牡丹皮、川牛膝、焦栀子等组成)加减,并配合中药外洗及西药尿激酶等对症治疗;对照组34例仅用西药治疗。结果:临床治愈率、总有效率治疗组分别为73.53%、97.06%,对照组分别为41.18%、76.47%。2组临床治愈率、总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组肿胀消退、疼痛消失时间与对照组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:通脉散结合外治等综合疗法可缩短疗程,降低抗凝、溶栓药物用量大而引起出血的副作用,且不易复发。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tongmai San(TS) associated with external therapy ET) for thrombophlebitis (TP). Methods: 68 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group was treated by oral use of Tongmai San (composed of Flos Lonicerae, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Hirudo, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Alismatis, Polyporus, Poria, Semen Plantaginis, Cortex Moutan, Radix Cyathu-lae and Fructus Gardeniae, etc. ) with modification, and associated with external washing of Chinese herbal drug and urokinase accord-ingly; the control group by western medicine alone. Results: The clinical cure rate and total effective rate were 73.53% and 97.06% respectively in treatment group and 41.18% , 76.47% respectively in control group(P<0.05) . In treatment group, the reduction of swelling and the time of pain disappearance were sig-nificantly or very significantly different (P<0.05, P<0.01) as compared with control group. Conclusion: TS with ET can shorten the treatment course and reduce the side effect of massive bleeding elicited by the usage of anticoagulants and throbolytics, and also prevent relapse of the disease.
