中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭39例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:将81例CHF患者随机分为2组。对照组42例在常规治疗基础上加硝普纳治疗;治疗组39例在对照组治疗基础上加高丽参注射液治疗。观察2组疗效及主要症状、血清尿酸(UA)、心功能等改善情况。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组能更快地缓解临床症状,平均缓解率达95.2%;心功能Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级的患者治疗后UA水平均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗CHF能明显提高抢救成功率,具有较好疗效。Objective: To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) for congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: 81 cases of CHF were allocated to 2 groups ran-domly. The control group(42 cases)was treated by routine treatment and sodium nitroprusside; the treatment group(39 cases) by the above treatment adding with Injectio Ginseng. The improvement of chief symptoms and UA were observed in both groups. Results: In comparison with control group, the clinical symptoms are rapidly re-lieved, the average remission rate was 95. 2% , the level of UA of Ⅲ and Ⅳ grade heart function were markedly decreased (P< 0.05, P<0.01) in the treatment group. Conclusion: TCM combined with WM possesses good curative effect and can markedly in-crease successful rescuing rate for CHF.
