摘　　要：通过对离子膜烧碱生产线工况条件分析,提出了在浮子流量计结构中增加阻尼装置等措施。实践表明,采用阻尼装置的金属管浮子流量计,完全能够实现在气液混合双相介质工况条件下的离子膜烧碱生产线的流量测量。This paper advanced how to add damping equipment among the structures of metal tube rotary flow meter according to analyses the working condition of production line of ion exchange soda. Practice indicate that metal tube rotary flow meter using damping equipment can be accomplished flow measurement of two phase fluid mixing gas and liquid in production line of ion exchange soda.
