摘　　要：通过优化喂丝工艺参数,保证铝的回收率和铝含量的合格率,铸坯铝元素的分布基本均匀,铸坯质量和轧材性能有所改善。该工艺解决了含铝钢水的浇注难题,不影响炼钢生产节奏。Through reasonably controlling process parameters of feeding Al wire,the recovery ratio of Al and acceptance ratio of Al content can be ensured.The distribution of Al is homogeneous in billet.The process can improve the quality of billet and the properties of rolled steel plate.The difficulty on casting of Al-bearing molten steel has been overcome without any influence on casting sequence.
