摘　　要：对硅酸铝纤维等材料与传统砌体材料的蓄热和散热损失进行了分析对比。提出了用不同砌体材料的箱式电阻炉的炉墙厚度优化设计公式,散热量、蓄热量、功率、炉膛容积的修正公式。Based on analysing the heat accumulation and dissipation of aluminium silicate fibre lining and comparing with those of traditional material, the article gives the optimum design of wall thickness for box type resistance furnaces, and revised formulas for calculating dissipating heat, accumulating heat, power and furnace volume.
