摘 要:目的 探讨大鼠糖尿病早期肾功能、内源性洋地黄样因子 (endogenousdigitalis likefactor ,EDLF)含量以及肾皮质Na+ ,K+ ATPase活性的变化。方法 实验用链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型 ,用放射免疫方法测定血清和尿EDLF浓度以及尿白蛋白含量 ,以比色法测定肾皮质Na+ ,K+ ATPase活性。结果 糖尿病组大鼠血糖、尿量、尿白蛋白、肌酐清除率、肾重 /体重和血、尿EDLF的浓度与正常对照组相比均显著升高 ,而肾皮质Na+ ,K+ ATPase活性则显著下降。胰岛素治疗后 ,除肾皮质Na+ ,K+ ATPase活性升高外 ,糖尿病大鼠的上述指标均显著下降。结论 糖尿病早期肾皮质Na+ ,K+ ATPase活性降低 ,可能与EDLF释放增多有关。胰岛素治疗可抑制EDLF的释放从而提高肾皮质Na+ ,K+Objective To investigate the changes of renal function and endogenous digitalis-like factor(EDLF) and Na +,K+-ATPase activity of renal cortex in early diabetic rats. Methods A diabetic rat model was prepared by administering streptozotocin(STZ). Contents of EDLF in serum and urine and urine albumin were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA). Na +,K +-ATPase activity of renal cortex were determined by colormeter. Results Results showed that diabetic rats the blood glucose and urine amount and urine albumin and creatinine clearance(Ccr) and renal weight/body weight and EDLF contentration in serum and urine were significantly higher than that in control group,while Na +,K +-ATPase activity of renal cortex was decreased compared with the control group. Na +,K +-ATPase activiy of renal cortex was recovered after insulin therapy. Conlusions The Na +,K +-ATPase activity of renal cortex descent may relate to the EDLF release increment in early diabetic rats. Insulin therapy can improve Na +,K +-ATPase activity of renal cortex may be result from inhibit the EDLF release.
