肾上腺转移瘤的B超和CT扫描影像对照分析

摘　　要：目的　比较和评价B超和CT扫描两种影像学方法在肾上腺转移瘤诊断中的作用。方法　收集 2 2例肾上腺转移瘤病例 ,均有B超和CT资料 ,并进行对比分析。结果　 2 2例肾上腺转移瘤共 2 8个病灶 ,B超检出 2 7个 ,CT检出 2 8个。结论　肾上腺转移瘤的影像诊断应注重B超和CT扫描检查的互补作用。B超是首选检查方法。Objective To compare the Ulrasonic and CT scan in diagnosis of Adrenal Metastases. Methods There were 22 cases with Adrenal Metastases, Ultrasonography and CT were done in all cases . Results22 cases of Adrenal Metastases with 28 nidus , of that ,27 nidus by Ultrasonography and 28 nidus by CT. Conclusions The Ultrasonography and CTscan are complementing each other for diagnosis of Adrenal Metastasis . Ultrasonography is the first choice.
