中西医结合治疗慢性下肢溃疡106例观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中西医结合治疗慢性下肢溃疡的疗效。方法 :以抗生素纱布、油纱布、生肌散、玉红膏及胎盘制剂局部外敷 ,同时配合氦氖激光微波照射等治疗。结果 :治愈 77例 ,好转 2 6例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率 97.2 %。结论 :中西医结合治疗慢性下肢溃疡疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of chronic ulcer of lower limb in combination traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine.Methods:The materials such as antibiotic gauze,oil gauze,placenta preparation and traditional Chinese drugs had been applied on the diseased area,at the same time,the irradiation of helium neon laser had been applied.Results:The cured was 77 cases,better 36,no effective 3.The total effective rate was 97.2%.Conclusion:The therapeutic of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine is quite good in treating chromic ulcer of lower limb.
