摘　　要：本文通过对双滚柱机床滚压螺纹时 ,当螺纹滚头 (刃具 )轴向进给所形成的尺寸链进行分析研究 ,找出了影响螺纹精度的因素 ,并提出了解决途径和办法 。The affecting factor of thread precision was found out through the analysis of the formation of dimension chain when thread hob(cutlery)of double-roller machine rolls thread by axial feed,methods and measures of settlement was presented,which improve the precision of rolling thread,the grade of product and economic benefit of enterprise.
