摘　　要：采用微波作为热源测定大米、小米中的水分含量,并对测试条件进行了探讨,大米等粮食加热时间大约8～12min,迅速测定水分,方法简便准确度高。Determination of moisture content in grain such as rice?millet etc. by microwave heating was investigated. Factors affect determination result was discussed in this paper. Moisture content of millet and rice were determined quickly by microwave heating in 8～12 min.The method was simple and accurate.
