支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗艾滋病合并肺部感染40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗艾滋病合并肺部感染的临床疗效。方法　对 40例艾滋病合并肺部感染患者在全身用药的基础上行支气管肺泡灌洗术 ,每周 1次 ,观察其肺部感染控制情况及病程。结果　治疗组的感染控制率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组的感染控制时间显著短于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗艾滋病合并肺部感染疗效可靠 ,可缩短疗程 。Objective It is to study the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar Lavage on the pneumonia associated with AIDS patients.Methods 60 patients with pneumonia associated with AIDS inpatients were randomized into experiment group(40 cases) and control group(20 cases).The experiment group were treated with bronchoalveolar Lavage once a week beside medicine. The control group were treated with medicine only.Observe the situation of the pneumonia controlled.Results The rate of pneumonia controlled in the experiment group is significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),The time of pneumonia controlled in the experiment group is shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of bronchoalveolar Lavage on the pneumonia associated with AIDS patients is effective .It can shorten the treat period and prove the rate of cure.
