高效液相色谱法测定甲磺酸曲伐沙星片的含量

摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法测定甲磺酸曲伐沙星片的含量 ,选用ODS -C18色谱柱 (5 μm ,4 6× 15 0mm) ,流动相 :0 0 5mol·L- 1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液 (用磷酸调节pH至 2 5 ) -乙腈 (75∶2 5 ) ;检测波长 :2 70nm ;流速 :1ml·min- 1;柱温 :2 5℃。线性范围为 0 4 391～ 1 75 6 2 μg ,r =0 9997;平均回收率为 99 8% ,RSD为 0 88%。本法简便 ,灵敏 ,准确。A HPLC method for the determination of trovafloxacin in Trovafloxacin tablets was established. ODS-C 18 column (5μm, 4 6mm×150mm) was used with 0 05mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution (adjusted to pH 2 5 by phosphoric acid) -acetonitrile (75∶25) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1ml·min -1 and the column temperature was 25℃. Content was detected at a wavelength of 270 nm. The linear range was 0 4391～1 7562μg (r=0 9997) and average recovery was 99 8%, RSD=0 88%. The method was simple, sensitive and accurate.
