摘  要:SrTiO_3陶瓷是一种具有多功能特性的介质材料:用CeO_2掺杂改性的SrTiO_3陶瓷,可以提高其介电常数和降低介质损耗,对其介电温度特性和介电频率特性也有明显的改善。本文主要报道CeO_2对SrTiO_8陶瓷介电性质的影响。This paper mainly studied the influence of CeO_2 on the dielectric properties of SrTiO_3 ceramics. The SrTiO_3 ceramics containing CeO_2 have been pre pared by conventional ceramic process and the SrTiO_3 ceramic matrix powders have been prepared by pre-reacting stoichiomet ric mixture of strontium carbonate and titanium dioxide. Then, the SrTiO_3 matrix and CeO_2 were combined in following system:SrTiO_(3+x)(CeO_2.TiO_2), where x is Weight percent. The samples were fired at 1400℃ and 1430℃ for an hour. The Ce element inSrTiO_3 ceramics is as an impurity donor; and the added amounts of CeO_2 vary from 2wt% to 40wt%.The Ce elements can increase the permittirity and ε' of SrTiO_3 based ceramics, and improve the temperature and frequency characteristics of ε'. The electron microscopic analysis and X-ray exmination indicate that there is a second phase (Viz. glass phase) of Ce_2O_3 in the SrTiO_3 ceramics containing CeO_2 and it has the solid solubility in the impurity like Mg^(2+) etc. The seconds phase can decreases the semiconductivity of SrTiO_3 ceramics, weakens the oxidation of the surface of grains increases the conductivity of grains.
