摘 要:东深供水改造工程是向香港、深圳以及工程沿线城镇提供饮用源水及农田灌溉用水的跨流域大型调水工程。渡槽长度为 5 811m ,渡槽设计过流量为 90m3 s ,纵坡 1∶10 0 0 ,槽壳内径 7m ,设计水深 4.7m ,满槽水深5 .3 5m ,为一级建筑物。大型“U”型薄壳渡槽采用预应力在国内尚属首例 ,为确保工程成功应用 ,2 0 0 1年进行了1∶1仿真结构和生产性试验。测试内容包括预应力锚索锚固力、摩阻系数、混凝土和钢筋应力以及结构变形。经对试验结果整理分析 ,①用于试验的钢绞线力学指标达到规范要求 ;②锚索与孔道之间的摩阻系数小于0 .1,较规范推荐值为小 ;③锚索锚固力已趋稳定 ,纵向锚索的锚固回缩应力损失、钢绞线松弛应力损失与混凝土徐变应力损失的总和未超出规范公式的计量范围 ;④各阶段混凝土应力分布规律与三维有限元计算结果基本一致 ,预应力达到设计预期效果 ,渡槽结构是安全的 ;⑤渡槽挠度较小 ,槽身刚度较大。Dongjiang-Shenzhen Water Supply Reconstruction Project in Guangdong Province is a large basin-across water transfer project to supply drinking water and farmland irrigation water for the cities of Hong Kong, Shengzhen and alongside cities and towns. The total aqueduct length is 5811m with design discharge of 90~100 m^3/s and longitudinal slope of 1:1000. The internal diameter is 7 m with design water depth of 4.7 m and bankfull water depth of 5.35 m. The aqueduct is a first-grade structure. Since the large U-shape thin prestressed concrete aqueduct was first adopted in China and in order to guarantee successful construction, productive test of full-scale simulation structure was carried out in 2001. The test included anchoring force of prestressed anchor cable, frictional coefficients, stress of concrete and steel bar and structure deformation. Through the analysis of test results, it was concluded: ① the mechanical indexes of the tested wire cable conformed to the standard;② the frictional coefficients between the cable and the cable hole was less than 0.1 and less than the suggested value in correlative code;③ the anchoring force had tended to be stable and the sum of anchoring shrinkage stress loss of longitudinal cable, relaxing stress loss of wire cable and creep stress loss of concrete was within the scope of computation results by the formula in the code; ④ the concrete stress distribution law in different stages basically conformed to the computed results by 3-dimensional finite element method, the prestress reached to desired effect and the aqueduct structure was safe; ⑤ the deflection was small and the stiffness of aqueduct was large.
