摘　　要：工程建设项目投资控制工作是经济建设的重要工作之一 ,对国家的经济建设发展起着举足轻重的作用。实践证明 ,搞好工程项目投资控制 ,不仅要有业务素质高的建设项目投资的专门人才 ,而且要做到全方位、全过程有重点的控制。结合东深供水改造工程 ,就投资控制的前期工作、优化设计、工程变更、工程结算、风险分担等方面进行了探讨。指出工程投资控制的最终目的是要在保证工程质量的前提下以最少的投入 ,取得最大的投资效益。The project investment control is an important work of economic construction and plays an important role in national economic construction and development. The practice demonstrates that doing a good job on project investment control not only needs related experts with high professional ability but also should pay close attention to key point control in all aspects and whole process. In combination with Dongjiang-Shenzhen Water Supply Reconstruction Project, the early stage work on investment control, design optimization, works alternation, works accounts settlement, risk sharing etc. are discussed. It is pointed out that the terminal object of investment control is to obtain maximum benefit with minimum put under the condition of works quality guaranteed.
