摘　　要：目的 :探讨后尿道断裂早期安全、合理、有效的治疗方法。方法 :对 5 0例后尿道断裂患者的早期处理进行回顾性对比分析 ,2 9例采用传统尿道会师气囊导尿管牵引术 (A组 ) ,2 1例采用膀胱颈会阴部贯穿牵引固定术 (B组 )。结果 :A组治愈率 6 5 .5 % ,尿失禁 6 .8% ,勃起功能障碍 31%。B组治愈率 90 .4 % ,勃起功能障碍9.5 % ,无尿失禁。结论 :膀胱颈会阴部贯穿牵引固定术方法简单、安全 ,能有效地恢复尿道的连续性 ,是早期处理后尿道断裂的首选方法。Objective:To evaluate the safe and effective early treatment of posterior urethra disruption.Methods:Retrospective study was performed on the early treatment of 50 cases of transected posterior urethra, including conventional immediate urethral realignment in 29 cases(group A), and bladder neck-perineum transfixion and ligation in 21 cases(group B).Results:In group A,Cure rate, urinary incontinence and impotence were 65.5%, 6.8% and 31% respectively, and 90.4%, 9.5% and 0% respectively in group B.Conclusions:Bladder neck-perineum transfixion and ligation is a safe, simple and effective early treatment for posterior urethral disruption.
