摘  要:目的 探讨亚低温治疗重型脑损伤患者的临床疗效及对血内皮素 1(ET 1)、一氧化氮 (NO)和C 反应蛋白 (CRP)的影响。方法  75例重型脑损伤患者分为两组 ,亚低温组 ( 4 0例 )与常温组 ( 35例 )进行比较。结果 入院时两组患者血ET 1、NO和CRP水平均较正常对照组明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗 72h后亚低温组明显低于常温组 (P <0 0 1)。亚低温组病死率 10 0 % ,明显低于常温组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 血中ET、NO和CRP水平在重型脑损伤时明显增高 ,亚低温治疗可降低血中ET 1、NO和CRP水平 。Objective To discuss clinical significance of blood endothelin 1(ET 1),the nitric oxide(NO) and the C reactive protein(CRP) of patients with severe brain injury and the influence of the mild hypothermia treatment.Methods 75 patients with severe brain injure were divided into 2 groups,the mild hypothermia group(40 examples) and in contrast with the normal temperature group(35 examples).Results The levels of ET 1,NO and the CRP in patients blood were obvious higher than those in the normal comparison group(P<0.01);After 72h the levels of ET 1,NO,and CRP in the mild hypothermia group were obvious lower than those in the normal temperature group(P<0.01).The fatality rate of mild hypothermia group is 10.0%,which is obvious lower than the normal temperature group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of ET 1,NO and the CRP of patients with severe brain injury are obviously improved.The mild hypothermia treatment may reduce the level of ET 1,NO and the CRP in patients blood,and can improves the prognosi.
