摘　　要：目的　探讨腹部手术切口裂开的防治措施。方法　回顾性分析自 1996年 2月至 2 0 0 4年 1月发生的腹部手术切口裂开病例 15例。结果　及时清创 ,减张缝合 ,积极治疗全身性疾病 ,13例痊愈 ,2例死亡。结论　重视对手术前、后危险因素的处理 ,正确运用缝合技术 ,可有效地预防腹部手术切口裂开 。Objective To investigate the treatment and prevention of dehiscence of abdominal incisions after operation.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with dehiscence of abdominal incisions after operation in our hospital were analyzed from Feb. 1996 to Jan. 2004.Results Cleaning incisions immediately making use of technique of suture anti tension,and treatment of systematic disease should always be advocated.13 cases cured,2 cases died.Conclusion To pay much attention to manage dehiscence risk factors during preoperative and postoperative care and make use of technique of suture correctly can prevented dehiscence of abdominal incisions after operation effectively and increase the success rate of abdominal operation.
