摘　　要：介绍了 TMS3 2 0 C60 0 0系列 IDK和 MPEG 4视频编码 ,给出了 C60 0 0 IDK的软件流程和编码优化实现方法 ,并且利用 TI公司的 TMS6711DSK IDK。实现了基于 MPEG 4标准的视频编解码器 ,经过测试达到了每秒处理视频图像2 5帧的效果。The paper simply introduced TMS320C6000 of IDK and MPEG-4. The channel manager of C6000 IDK and the way of optimizing code are also given on the basis of the above introduction. Based on MPEG-4, coding and decoding is realized on the TMS6711DSK-IDK, and can process 25 frames within a second.
