摘　　要：介绍了一种基于 C/S+B/S模式的语音网络监测系统 ,对其功能、原理以及编程实现方法做了详细阐述。系统采用 SQL Server数据库作为后台数据库 ,用可视化编程工具 Delphi完成前台处理 ,并且运用 ASP技术提供网页发布功能。This paper introduced a voice net detection system, which is based on C/S and B/S modes. The paper also illustrated the function, the theory and the implement. The system used the SQL Server as its Database, and used the visual programming tool-Delphi, the ASP technology is also used to publish Web.
