摘　　要：阐述化工项目风险管理的基本框架和适用范围,介绍风险鉴别、风险分析、风险响应计划的编制、计划实施的主要内容和关键人员的职责划分。This article mainly introduces the procedure of risk management for chemical project. It establishes a framework to identify, evaluate, and manage uncertainties, consequences and potential impacts in project. The purpose of this article is to provide project managers with an adaptable tool of managing project risk.
