摘　　要：结合工程实际,综合应用机、光、电技术,依据全新的电子展成坐标测量原理,开发出了一套高精度的石油管螺纹测控系统。结果表明,该系统可以高效自动地测量螺纹中径、锥度、螺距和管螺纹形状,可便捷地解决石油管螺纹的综合测量问题。A set of petroleum pipe-thread measuring and controlling system with high precision is developed using the mechanical-photo-electronic techniques in combining engineering practice and in terms of the principle of electro-generation coordinate measurement. The results indicate that this system can effectively and automatically measure thread medium diameter,cone,thread pitch and pipe-thread shape so as to the problem of integrated measurement of petroleum pipe threads agilely.
