川产九节龙皂甙对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察川产九节龙皂甙对动物免疫功能的影响。方法　采用腹腔注射给药进行碳粒廓清试验、巨噬细胞吞噬试验、E花结形成试验和迟发超敏反应试验。结果　九节龙皂甙明显增强小鼠单核细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力 ;促进血清溶血素的生成和玫瑰花细胞的形成。结论　九节龙皂甙能增强小鼠的免疫功能。Objective To observe the in vivo immunity effects of two new saponins (pusilloside Ⅰ and pusilloside Ⅱ) isolated from Ardisia pusilla A.DC.Methods Determinations of clearance of carbon particles, macrophage activity, hemolysin content and rose-like nodes formation of erythrocytes, and delayed anaphylaxis in mice were carried out.Results The saponins enhanced the engulfing activities of monocytes and macrophage in abdomen cavity in mice; promoted the formation of hemolysin and erythrocytes nodes.Conclusion Pusilloside Ⅰ and pusilloside Ⅱ isolated from Ardisia pusilla can enhance the immunity of mice.
