摘　　要：分析高压上浆中上浆率与浆纱覆盖率的关系 ,指出覆盖率达到 70 %使用双浆槽为宜 ;压浆辊硬度要保证挤压宽度能兼顾浆液浸透与被覆 ,其对上浆率的影响决定于挤压强度与挤压时间的综合效果 ;压出加重率要和压浆力共同作为高压上浆的标志 ,由浆出定量经纱耗用的浆液量进行测算较为准确。The relationship between percentage sizing and percentage cover in hi-pressure sizing process is analysed. It’s suitable to use double sizing boxes if the percentage cover is about 70%. The squeezing roller hardness will ensure extrusion wide that can do concurrently with size permeance and size covering, which influenced percentage cover decided by synthetical effect of extrusion intensity and extrusion time. Hi-pressure sizing process have two mainly indexes of extrusion weighting percentage and squeeze intensity that are measured correctly by sizing amount expended sizing quantitative yarn.
