摘　　要：根据工序由自动控制系统控制焊接参数和焊机的起弧、熄弧,MIG/MAG电焊机用于机器人或生产线上的自动焊。以德国DALEXVARIOMIG-400电焊机为例,在分析其控制接口的基础上,设计了单片机控制板,实现了电焊机焊接规范和焊接起弧、熄弧的外部控制。Many MIG/MAG welding machines are used in robot or automatic welding line.In these situations,the computer must control the welding process such as welding parameters and arc striking or arc extinguishing and so on.On the basis of analysis of the control port of DALEX VARIO MIG-400 welding machine,the SCM has been designed and the welding process controlled by computer has been achieved.
