摘　　要：为了满足用户对轧辊寿命和性能不断提高的要求 ,研制了含有较高和较低粘结相的硬质合金轧辊 ,并开发出复合硬质合金 (CIC)专利技术 ,应用于棒材、线材、无缝钢管及其他小型材生产 ,不仅具有良好的可加工性 ,而且寿命是普通铸铁轧辊的 2To meet the need of long service life and good performance of roll in hot rolling,the cemented carbide rolls with higher and lower binder content have been developed,and the technology of CIC(cast-in-carbide)has been patented. This kind of roll can be used in bar,wire, seamless pipe and other small section steel mills.It has good property of metalworking,and its service life is more twenty times than normal cast iron roll.
