原棉性能对转杯纱强力的影响

摘　　要：采用HVI 90 0系统对 10种中国大陆棉的 7项性能指标进行测试 ,并纺成转杯纱。测得其的绞纱品质指标 (CSP)和单纱相对强力 (RS)。结果表明影响转杯纱强力的主要因素是纤维强力 ,然后是长度整齐度、马克隆尼值 。quality indexes of 10 varieties Chinese cotton were tested with HVI 900 system and each variety makes rotor-spun yarn individually. Determining the quality indexes (CSP) of the yarn in hank and its relative tensile strength (RS). The result shows that the tensile strength of cotton is the main factor which affects the strength of rotor-spun yarn, then its length uniformity, Micronaire value, however the length influence is little.
