摘 要:目的 探讨补肾中药治疗无排卵性疾病的作用机理、作用环节和作用部位。方法 建立雄激素致无排卵大鼠模型 ,分为中药组、模型组 ,并设正常对照组 ,观察血清生殖激素、卵巢和子宫重量指数及其形态学变化 ,分析雌激素受体 (ER)、孕激素受体 (PR)在卵巢和子宫的表达强度。结果 补肾中药可升高卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、黄体生成素 (LH)、雌二醇 (E2 )水平 ,降低催乳素 (PRL)水平 ,改善病理状态下的卵巢及子宫的形态结构 ,使卵巢和子宫ER、PR表达增强。结论 提示补肾中药可通过对垂体、卵巢和子宫的调节而促进卵泡和子宫发育。Objective To investigate the mechanism,action step in a pathway and action locus of kidney-nourishing TCM drugs in the treatment of anovulatory disease. Method The rat model of anovulatory disease was established by androgen-inducement. The model rats were divided into the TCM-drug group and model group,and at the same time,a normal control group of normal rats was also set up. Changes in the levels of serum genital hormones,ovarian and uterine weight indexes,and in ovarian and uterine morphology were observed. The expression intensity of estrogen receptor (ER) and progestogen receptor (PR) in the ovary and uterus was analyzed.Results Kidney-nourishing TCM drugs could increase the levels of FSH,LH and E_2,decrease the level of PRL,improve the ovarian and uterine morphological structures in pathological condition,and strengthen the expressions of ER and PR in the ovary and uterus. Conclusion The experimental results suggest that kidney-nourishing TCM drugs may promote the development of the follicules and uterus through regulating the functions of the hypophysis,ovary and uterus.
