去骨瓣减压在手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究去骨瓣面积大小如何确定。方法 :总结分析 132例去骨瓣减压的临床资料。结果 :观察组术后颅压降低的满意率 94 .1% (6 4 / 6 8) ,对照组术后颅压降低的满意率 79.7% (5 1/ 6 4 ) P <0 .0 5。结论 :去骨瓣的大小要经过多项指标来判定 ,可减少去骨瓣盲目性。Objective: To explore a method to determine the area of craniotomy . Methods : We reviewed and analyzed 132 patients who had undergone decompressive craniectomy . Results :The rate of satisfation in the observation group was 94.1%, significantly higher than 79.7%,in the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The area of craniotomy should be determined by several indexes, which may reduce uncertainty of craniotomy.
